Στην Πέργαμο η Φωτογραφική Εταιρεία Μυτιλήνης για να συμμετάσχει σε διαγωνισμό
Για τρίτη χρονιά διοργανώνεται στη
Πέργαμο Φωτομαραθώνιος 16-19 Μαίου.
Η ΦΕΜ έχει συμμετάσχει στον διαγωνισμό και
τις άλλες δύο χρονιές με φανταστική εμπειρία. Γι΄αυτό καλούμε τα μέλη που
θέλουν να συμμετέχουν και φέτος να δηλώσουν συμμετοχή. Θα διοργανώσουμε σχετική
εκδρομή με τα άτομα που θέλουν να συμμετέχουν.

of 3rd BERGAMA
AIM of THE EVENT
• To introduce Bergama, a city of
history and tourism, inside Turkey and abroad with photographs.
• To make photography lovers and friendly people of Bergama meet. To carry this friendship to other countries permanently by means of photography and people.
• To make people who live in this beautiful Bergama to be interested in photography and to improve their knowledge and skill about photography.
• To enrich photography archive of the city with the photographs taken in Bergama by the participant phographers during the Marathon. Thanks to this archive, to carry our today to tomorrow.
• To take the first step of organizing a permanent event on the subject of photography for Bergama who has the oldest festival of Turkey. (Bergama Festival since 1937)
• During 2nd Bergama Photomarathon and Photographers’ Gathering; to improve knowledge and experience of the participant photographers due to exhibitions, panels, introductions, photography presentations that will be organized.
• To make photography lovers and friendly people of Bergama meet. To carry this friendship to other countries permanently by means of photography and people.

CONDITIONS
1.)Members of Jury, of Beafsad
Board, of Organization Committe, of Beafsad who will be responsible during the
event and their first degree relatives can not participate in the Photomarathon
as competitors. Event is open to all amateur and professional photographers.
2.)Registration for the event will start in May 16th 2013 Thursday at 09.00 and end in May 18 2013 Saturday at 19.00.
Photomarathon event will be organized on 16-17-18-19 May 2013 lasting 4 days.
Photographs which will participate in the competition should be taken inside the district border of Bergama on these dates.
3.)Attendances will be accepted according to registration sequence. The Number that will be given to participants during registrations, will be used as their nicknames (011 Number=Nickname). (like 011-1)
4.)Photographs should be either color or black & white. Shootings should be in JPEG format, 300 dpi and their long side should be minimum 3000 pix.
5.)When it’s needed to reach shooting info of the photos, organisation commitee has the right to ask for original shooting.
6.)Each participant can participate in the competition with maximum 5 photographs.
7.)Organisation Commitee may change the program, when it’s necessary, for solutions of problems and uncertainty.
8.)After Photomarathon, the photographs which will take prices and acceptances, will be kept in the archives of Bergama Municipality and Amateur Photography Association of Bergama (BEAFSAD).
These photographs will be used by Bergama Municipality and Amateur Photography Association of Bergama (BEAFSAD) for advertising in printed publications like poster, brochure, catalogue or in digital media on the condition that stating the names of the photographers and without paying royalty.
9.)Simple arrangements in photographs are accepted. (photographs which are created by montage of different and more than one photographs, which are rearranged by adding another objects that are not in its original form or by removing any objects that are in its original form and HDR (High Dynamic Range) photographs won’t be accepted) The form of the photo should not be changed. Also panoramic photos will be accepted. Photos which are framed at a rate of not spoiling the original form of the photo, and of which contrast, brightness, color adjustment and dusting are done, will be accepted. Without explanation jury may not accept the photos of which form are changed. Objection won’t be accepted. Jury, if it’s necessary, has the right to ask for original shooting of the photo.
10.)Participants are responsible for the update of their cameras’ date and hour.
Participants accept that their photos are taken during photomarathon, apart from simple arrangements they do not make big changes on the photos, their photos belong to themselves otherwise TFSF competition rules will be applied. By TFSF, their prices will be taken back and their limitation decision will be applied. These participants can not attend to the competitions during a year.
11.)After photomarathon a catalogue containing price taken and accepted photos, will be published. These catalogues will be sent to TFSF and to the associations that are conneced to TFSF. Also all these awarded photos will take place in yearbook of TFSF in 2013.
12.)Our competiton is supported by Photographic Arts Federation of Turkey (TFSF). (2013/ 13 ) During photomarathon there will be a represantative of TFSF.
